What are pressing directions?

Single color/regular heat screens:

Pre press shirt 5-7 seconds. 

Press screen print 325-350 degrees F for 7-10 seconds

Heavy Pressure

No Teflon sheet

Hot Peel

 

HIGH HEAT screens: 

Pre press shirt 5-7 seconds.

Press screen print 350-375 degrees F for 7-10 seconds

Heavy Pressure

No Teflon sheet

Hot Peel

 

DTF Pressing Instructions: 

Temp: 308-325 deg F

HEAVY pressure (you should be able to see the shirt fibers in the design)

Time: 10-15 seconds

Let cool, then peel.

Return garment to press. cover with teflon sheet or parchment paper and press for 5-7 sec.

Detailed instructions: 

Pre press garment for 5-7 sec to remove wrinkles/moisture, place transfer on garment and press for 10-15 sec, wait before peeling to let transfer cool. If transfer is not sticking wait a little longer, then peel.

If transfer is lifting when opening your press, cover film with teflon or parchment paper before pressing.

If design is not sticking to the garment you may have a cold spot or uneven pressure on your press. Rotate garment and try again!

My package seems to be stuck in transit, what should I do? 

Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands we cannot control what happens. Most of the time the post office will suggest downloading the Shop app for updates or applying for text updates & for some unknown reason, that'll make the package move again. If, however, it hasn't moved for an extended period of time, we recommend filing a claim with the post office (if your package was priority) or Route if you paid for shipping insurance. 

My package arrived damaged. 

If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim (if priority) via USPS or Route if you paid for shipping insurance. If you need help filing this claim, please let me know and I am more than happy to assist! 

Missing items from package. 

If you are missing items from your package, please email us within 5 days of receiving your package so we can fix the issue! If you email after 5 days, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
